This rating has been verified through third-party testing conducted by SGS, and the report number is SWT2205-46.

The HUNT Fitness Study, led by Professor Ulrik Wisloff of the Faculty of Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, has shown that individuals who maintain a PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) score of 100 or higher exhibit a lower risk of hypertension, heart disease, and type-2 diabetes. The Amazfit Band 7 is equipped with the ability to simultaneously measure three key health indicators – heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress level – all within 45 seconds, providing users with a comprehensive view of their well-being. Furthermore, the device tracks sleep quality through the light, deep, and REM sleep stages, and offers menstrual cycle monitoring.

Enhancing the user experience, the Amazfit Band 7 features Amazon Alexa integration, allowing users to easily set alarms, get translations, and more, all while being powered by the efficient and seamless Zepp OS.
